Breakout into a healthier, fitter YOU!

My name is Daisy.
My aim? To tone up the bodies of Bristol and beyond! Let’s get fit and healthy together… are you in?!

Breakout Pilates isn’t your usual Pilates class. Expect the unexpected with fun and challenging routines that target your whole body whilst still maintaining the core principles of traditional Pilates! Think LONG and LEAN.

I was a competitive figure skater for nearly a decade – this is where my movement inspiration stems from. The range of movement our bodies are capable of is amazing, so let’s use it and MOVE! My routines change every 4 weeks as there’s so many things we can be doing… though you’ll never see a standard sit-up in my class ;)

Check out my community class timetable below!
Monday: 6.45pm- 7.45pm Pilates @ Oldland Common village hall
Wednesday: 7pm – 8pm Pilates @ Oldland Common Village Hall
Last Monday of the month: 7.45pm – 8.45pm Pilates Masterclass* @ Oldland Common
*Please note that in order to attend a Masterclass you should have completed at least 12 Pilates sessions with myself or another qualified instructor as the session flows quickly and is quite intense.

I also offer corporate classes during working hours – if you have a meeting room free at lunchtime and would like me to bring the fitness to YOU then please get in touch!

Classes are suitable for men and women aged 16+. If you are pregnant or have any special conditions please contact me on 07884313452 before attending a class so I can create a variety of exercise options that suit you and match the routine that month.

There’s no rest for the wicked: I participate in EVERY class as we are all in this together!

Challenge your body and mind – you’ll be surprised at how strong you really are :)
If you would like to contact me please email daisyfitness@hotmail.co.uk or call 07884313452.

I am REPs registered so you can be sure I have up-to-date recognised qualifications, as well as being a fully-insured instructor who takes great care over the health and safety of the classes I teach.
